He could have had two off his last album but he was competing during katy perry, eminem & macklemore season, which he wasn't going to outsell any of them digitally. HOWGH did just as good if not better than them in terms of radio play, but roar, can't hold us & eminem's songs from his last album just crushed the buildings in terms of digital sales & streams. For a non-novelty rapper to get a #1 today, pretty much everything has to go perfectly for them.
