Bad bunny is much bigger than drake now. His lane is unparellel. And has no where near the amount of haters drake has.

Hard to find someone who doesnt like bad bunny. Becuase he also connect lyrically. And sonically his music touches all realms.

Bad bunny has a cheat code that no other artist has..he literally has like EVERY Latin American person as a fan ..and then he has fans of every other culture/background , but probably not as many as drake does in those markets

So it kinda boosts his numbers…

Drake is kinda sprinkled throughout all counties/races etc..

So I still say drake is bigger overall ..but they are like neck and neck and demand the same type of attention

I commend him for finally putting out something different since iyrtitl. Dark lane demo tapes was also some good drake.

I do love house and amapiano, it's probably my most listened genre right now... But man.

First of all, drake should've got in touch with a producer like Kaytranada and actually put some effort in this shyt.

He didn't put any effort into this, come on man.

I just want to know, didn’t anyone in his camp tell him “this ain’t it”?

Also, it’s not a coincedience that the one song everyone is screenshotting on their timeslines is the one with 21

The only song that stands out, and it's the last one on here.

Production on this is great. If you swapped Drake's vocals for someone that can sing this would have a much better reception imo. I like some tracks but will likely barely revisit myself.

Cosign

Wouldnt say great but the production is good

hey I came up in a black church when nyggas were singing forrreal

I don’t understand how anyone can enjoy non singing ass nyggas. It doesn’t even sound good but hey that’s me

Right

Good vocals arent just a "bonus"

Ur voice is an instrument

Shifting to a different genre doesn’t earn you merit just because it’s something ‘different’. It STILL has to be good.. execution matters

He would have also benefited with actual vocalists singing and featuring. especially if he’s going to do those same monotone croons the entire record

It sounds similar to amapiano. You disagree? I’ll listen to it again but I was at work and had to sneak to listen to it.

it's def not amapiano; it reminds you of amapiano because amapiano is rooted in House (specifically deep/soullfull house w/ a nod to soulfull-techno via kevin saunderson and his "Reese Bass") but Amapiano has an "Afro-Groove" on top of it is how you can tell/spot the difference
