It is less but honestly Drake & Kendrick shouldn’t be compared to one another. They haven’t been in direct competition since 2017. Drake is a pure Pop Star, not a rapper. And he should be judged by Pop Star standards, in which case, the album is a flop. A flop of EPIC Levels. If Drake’s Pop Star contemporaries like Taylor Swift, Adele, or Harry Styles sold that much first week it would be looked at as huge disappointment.
