This seems like him trying to make the case that rap disses must be proven factual to avoid defamation cases while putting the onus on the label. So UMG must prove that Family Matters AND Not Like Us are true or not true. But given that we know Family Matters is ducktales I have no idea how anyone thinks this is a good legal strategy.
