Judge basically saw what most people saw...and this is what every legal expert since this case started has said...
You cant get into a argument with someone, throw insults, lies, back and forth and when the other person gets the best of the exchange because he's a better artist and made that shyt more believable, claim defamation.
Its the same as the mutual combat rule in assault, you cant join into mutual combat and then sue for being physically assaulted because you lose the fight.
It's crazy a juge had to remind him of these basic rules. He is a fraud.

To be defamatory you have to PROVE that they knowingly LIED about something they knew for a fact to be a lie. This bar is very hard to clear since it basically means you have to have black and white proof like in texts or emails of Kendrick and or UMG being like "yeah I'm going to lie about Drake being a pedo" on some Stringer Bell criminal note taking shyt
Openly speculating or even asserting an opinion about someone based on their character or questionable behavior is not defamatory.
That Drake could have "expected the Epstein angle" or even tell Kendrick to talk about the young girls because he heard about it on the internet undercuts his own case for defamation, as it demonstrates speculation about Drake's questionable activities with youngins was already in the public sphere. Hell Drake name dropped Millie Bobby Brown in a song when Kendrick never mentioned her in any of his songs. So the speculation isn't made up out of thin air and it's certainly not something Drake or anyone else can prove Kendrick doesn't actually believe.

I have no idea when the online Drake stan brigade shifted from women and urban culture dudes to weird white boys. That shyt happened swiftly too. Mal was kind of the typical Drake stan for much of Drake's career: guy into basketball, sneakers, "the culture" etc etc. You cannot convince me that Adin Ross types give a fukk about crooning Drake songs. They're tapped in for the same reason they're tapped in on Elon and Trump: the success. Money, power, hoes...that's the focus.
That’s what I thought. Yeah, it takes a while to come to these decisions - for one - the judge doesn’t write it - their clerks do. The clerks then hand it to the judge who basically makes some edits. But the other side is that the judge has a full docket and judges tend to not do shyt in August. So we probably don’t hear a result on that motion until September or October. But I don’t know if this judge is fast or slow, I don’t think I was ever in front of her.
