You can appeal verdicts as long as you want, when he loses again he could appeal that. Verdicts don't get changed unless you prove gross negligence handling the case

He can't appeal if the case was dismissed with prejudice. I'm not going to do a deep dive to find that information, but what he was claiming was not legally credible to warrant a trial. In truth, dude a whole lame and now we got all the paperwork.
