it doesn't speak volumes. It was released commercially on iTunes and physical copies were released. It was treated and released exactly the way an album is. There is literally no difference in the way IYRTITL was released and the way albums are released. He released music for sale and it was sold, the fact he labeled it a mixtape doesn't mean anything.
It only "speaks volumes" for cacs and naive nikkas.
