Even though I'm not a fan of his, I don't think Drake is wack by any stretch. The dude clearly has a penchant for putting rhymes together....HOWEVER:

I totally agree with this...except it's not just pop fans, it's hip-hop fans, as well.

That's where hip-hop is right now...it just is what it is.

I've listened to Hip Hop since Sugar Hill Gang.

First off - Drake is MORE hip hop than them. Check his verse on Ignant Isht if you don't believe me.

Second - If Kendrick Lamar is the savior of REAL HIP HOP, then the fact that Drake has outRAPPED him on the songs they've collabed on should say something.

Third - he's a decent singer but has great melodies. Sorta like, uh..yeah BOBBY BROWN, Total, Rihanna, most of New Edition and damn near 70% of the R&B you hear on the radio nowadays.

Fourth - for people that don't consider singing to be a part of hip hop, you're just WRONG. From TJ Swan, to Nice N Smooth, Erick Sermon, Ja Rule, 50, Phonte, etc.

Fifth - All the hate against him is only making him more relevant, wealthy and smash your favorite girl outta spite.
