I've said it for years, I DO NOT ENVY DRAKE!!! hahaha. Much respect to the success, though I'm not a fan, but it's a situation I wouldn't want to be in. That man has that big contract while never having to worry about money again ever. Now he has to do touring, press, record albums yearly (the days of doing an album every year and a half or 2 years are gone with these new deals), He got the $400 million bag, he good. I was just on the indie circuit touring city to city with underground acts living out of a suitcase 3 days a week and that shyt annoyed me for over 3 years. And we just did the east coast.
This man if doing the nation and then some shows out of the country. People approaching you handing beat cds, demos. Mfers wanting autographs, pictures. Sheeeeit man. There aint enough money in the world for me to want to be Drake or Jay Z. They entertain us and respect to them for it, but I truly feel sorry for them.
