He's a manufactured and protected pop act like Bieber and one direction. Everything he does is planned meticulously by an entire team of preducers, writers, marketing mangers and label execs, even if one member of Drake did just want to drop something 'randomly' they would have to get about 50 other people's approval before doing so.
