Public opinions usually don't matter over time. I think the Internet actually has a lot of power, and it can change someones legacy. And when Drake's legacy is brought up in conversation, people will always mention the ghostwriting rumors. Its impossible to ignore them.

The internet always has the power to repaint a picture. Drake's VIEWS sold insane numbers but its widely recognized as one of his worst albums. Why? Because of Internet reviews etc. Casuals just want to hear the music they don't really change history

Stupid shyt nerds say on the internet say

Been on the forums long enough to see the opposite be proven true...shyt like Cash Money and Dipset was getting treated like Lil Yatchy on the:hamster:... The vocal pretentious "real hip hop son!!" crowd was acting like they were a scourge of hip hop that would forever live in infamy... Fast forward today and their runs are revered... The opinions of the hip hop populace > internet rap smarks every fukking time...

:mjlol: At thinking the soundtrack to a generation is just gonna be erased because of posts on the net

Okay...but what does Dipset have to do with Drake? Did they ever get exposed for using ghostwriters, culturing vultures, and stealing styles? Comparing Dipset to Drake is just weird.

"At thinking the soundtrack to a generation is just gonna be erased because of posts on the net"

I don't like how this is worded... the point is that no one will call Drake the GOAT because he uses ghostwriters. His music is good, but you can't ignore the facts.

Oh...I didn't even know him being the GOAT was in play lol... I'll agree with you to that end, but it definitely won't be cause of the ghostwriting shyt...The comedy in all this is people acting like most the folks so bothered by the writing shyt were huge Drake fans before ... He's been a highly polarizing act since the moment he blew up...The ghostwriting shyt is just another in a long list of shyt people who hate Drake were crying about online... His "legacy" is largely unchanged in that regard

This is when we see drakes true legacy. When the hype dies. And you left with with Nothin but the music. Will people give a fukk :francis:

Or will they only remember a fraud ?

He definitely finessed the musif industry. Inadvertently Exposed the fukk outta the industry this dude.

It’s like ever since his reign it seems they keep changing rules to see him succeed. Now no one cares about those accolades :mjlol: and sales stay decreasing every year he was on top. Lol. To a point they had to count streams.

Go write a book nikka :dead:

Drizzy is forever :laff:

It’s a damn shame “Club Paradise” was only a loosely and not put on “Take Care.” Should have been the final track u heard on the album...damn near should have been a hidden track right after “The Ride.”
