difference between latino and hispanic has to do with language between porgugal and spain, not skin color.
spain/porgugal has these white hispanic/black hispanic dichotomies, because they're used to claiming darker skin ppl as white. this is due to them all but bordering africa, so of course they're darker than the average european.
if you're following, then logically speaking, black ppl of english decent are whiter than latinos/hispanics, because the white ppl they bred with were from a much whiter place than spain and porgugal.
