He was dumb to leave in the first place. These guys get in open gym runs with NBA players. They need to be honest with themselves.
He was probably making more from NIL at UCLA than he would make overseas.
These kids aren't cultured whatsoever, rather waste time and life in the g-Leauge in these super slow out the way towns. I can understand going back to college though, still got the aura and feel of nba attention and those places are like the last bastion of small city life with easy walkability. But at the same time he could play in a lot of beautiful countries, make great money, see the world, and get a lot of life experience but he's just a jock at the end of the day.
His playing style probably wouldn’t translate well overseas. He’s an undersized score first guard.
