It's been officially confirmed by talkofthecharts that Youtube streams don't hold much weight for the charts, so even if that was true umg and spotify wouldn't give a fukk.
That would only turn Drake into a streamer and the youtube money ain't all that anymore.

I’m not saying it has to do with the charts, but more so the streaming platform… YouTube music doesn’t have anchored acts like that…yet…
