No it was that the name of his "next album" leaked somehow, and he confirmed that he was gonna use that title.
Then nothing more was said about what he was doing on the album, when he was gonna record it, release it or anything.

People began buzzing about him releasing this album titled "View from 6" but he released the mixtape/album, no indication if the recording for Views had even kicked off. Nothing but the name was released and the rest was the internets talking, and it's pretty obvious that he's got some magic power, even people who don't like him stan him and kept fueling these rumors.
