Drake really outchea suing and snitching on other rappers. Pusha’s manager breaks silence and tells all.

We have two examples in this thread of contemporaneous clarifications of Drake not stopping pusha but the other artists on the songs doing it.

First it was Thug. Then it was Ross himself.

Pusha blaming Drake has nothing to do with this.

Explain the legal wrangling to attempt to block Like That, Adidon, the artwork etc. Once again...he has been doing this for years. Bringing up an example of him NOT suing someone is irrelevant.

I thought that was a jay-z sample issue. No ID didn’t clear it. IDK about drake suppression
the artwork etc.
nikka thats his house. c’mon now.

Pusha is making specific claims that keep being debunked that DRAKE did something.

Bruh Drake was never over at Def Jam so to blame drake for solar eclipses and power outages is nuts.

I dont doubt that drake did other shyt like we know about with French Montana but Pusha’s literal claims have turned out to be misstatements.

Even saying “we got dropped by def jam” 24 hours later turns into “we bought ourselves out” :stopitslime:

Multiple people have stated he tried to get Like That erased. I'll leave it at that.

I'm not talking about the NLU art. I'm talking about the Adidon art that he got CC'd. Why?

Speaking of Adidon why did he have it initially removed from youtube?

In response to Drake, UMG said they would never stop an artist from their artistic expression.
Pusha does an interview with GQ Accusing UMG of attempting to stop his artistic expression.

Help me follow the logic here brehs, aren't they both arguing the same thing :ohhh:

Spamming shyt that has nothing to do with what I said again. I'm moving on.

Only person who said that was kendrick

IDK.

Drake said kendrick got Taylor made taken down. Is that was REALLY what happened or are we just listening to who we like and dont like?

See my point here?

We all know at that time Wayne and Ross were cool, he was even going at Birdman over Wayne so it's no surprise he took Push off the track because he went at Wayne around that time too. Also Drake was Wayne's cash cow. Wayne probably said he ain't want Push on the track and Ross had to come up with this to make it look like it wasn't beef with Wayne and Push. Last person I can remember that had 2 nikkas actively beefing on the same track was Buck when he had TI and Luda on a song together claiming he didn't know they had beef. Bottom line is Ross thought he had a hit and Wayne or Universal or whoever said if Push is on this track then Wayne won't be. He had to choose and this is how he chose to explain it, his explanation makes no sense because as an artist he isn't Port of Miami or Teflon Don Ross no more so it ain't like he'll get too many opportunities to revisit that collab.

Bottom line is, Ross is known to exaggerate shyt and I'm a fan of his and we all know Wayne is never gonna fukk up his money be it with Birdman or Drake at the time. He knew not to be on a track with Push while Push had beef with Drake, it was never gonna happen.

The point is that Pusha in 2025 is accusing Drake of being behind THIS machination.

Could have sworn it was Def Jam(who I know is under UMG) who said they wanted the verse taken off. Doubt all these entities make are all in the loop making decisions together.
