Is Joe Budden a failed rapper tho? :ohhh:

He had a fanbase back then and he has a fanbase right now

If he dropped right now, today, he'd have ppl tuning in

Compare that to now with rappers who get lots of coverage but drop bricks

He just had less than Drake

My guy you’re on a site where people still get super emotional arguing Takeover vs Ether.
I totally agree that’s it’s weirdo shyt but nothing unprecedented about it.
Arguing about an album is different than going
:ahh:at another man

Dudes are just discussing shyt from their era
Nothing weird about it

This is my thing. Joe can have his opinion. Drake can have a problem with his opinion. But writing a long post about it is lame. If theres a problem get in the booth and let him have it. As weak as it was when Em went at everyone for not liking Revival at least he did it with music. Bar Joe out. Drake is capable and Joe is retired so hes not gonna swing back. No issue with Drake clapping back. Just wish it was musicaly instead of twitter fingers.

To the point to Joe being a failed rapper my thing is there levels to success. Do you how many people try to rap? Or just do music in general. Very few actually come close to making it. Let alone get signed to a major label, have a a top 100 song, have a near gold album. Or even grow a large following. Keeping it real even you remove his def jam days thats still not technically a failed career. Dude has a real fanbase and thats more then most people who tried to get into music can ever say. Obviously compared to Drake his career doesn't compare commercialy. That does not mean he cant have an opinion.

So you can make a long post online about the situation but that nikka can’t? You nikkas have no self awareness :mjlol:

Joe Budden saying Drake needs to stop rapping like a kid and grow up warrants Baby responding with “you not built for this gangsta sh!t”? What did even one word of what Budden said have to do with gangsta sh!t? Lol, all he did was critique dude as an artist.

This is why Drake has been around so long imo…aside from the fake streams making him and others seem bigger than they are, pause…Prince and Baby and them having dudes with big platforms scared to publicly say how corny this guy really is 😆. I respect the hustle tho, 🤷🏽‍♂️. “I’m a J Prince investment” - Drake. Be a human investment, be a slave brehs. Actually he’s like a prostitute
