A few thoughts after a few listens

-Just give us the album lol

-What’s Next? Might be Drakes best banger since sicko mode. Could’ve been a great intro track hopefully it makes the album like Gods Plan

- Needs and Wants is cool but whenever I hear lil baby I think of Future or Thugga. Hard for me to get into his raps. Even we goes in I’m not impressed.

-Lemon Pepper Freestyle is dope but Ross and Drake set the bar too high. I’m glad they still collab and maybe this will hit later for me. But it’s cool

“Lemon Pepper Freestyle” was cool but i heard him spit better on other retrospective records. And it’s not like he is saying anything different then the last time he raps his “rags to riches” raps. Not saying it’s bad. But sometimes I feel right now he has been on auto pilot with his music.

Just sticking to what works and nothing more. And i don’t blame him cause his fans and his peers eat the shyt up. Sometimes I bet he is like “Damn...y’all actually like this?...alright then “

also...a majority of these tracks he should have kept for the album.


And he ALWAYS does this when it comes to all his album drops. His most fire records are either the loosies or just end up on a throwaway project that means nothing

and then when the album comes along it ends up being mid as hell.

It makes no sense to me...

After running the tracks a few times. I say Lemon Pepper Freestyle is the one. Even with the unnecessary Ross verse. It feel like a time stamp track to be honest.
It’s up there with 5am in Toronto and 6 pm in New York.
