The dialogue's been happening, for a long long time and the problem is policy change and accountability from people in power. These two examples show how disconnected he is from the black community. He knows jack shyt about race relations and police brutality in this country and does not identify or even understand the black experience.

He sounds unintelligent, like a white guy trying to show compassion. Justin Timberlake basically said the same thing (I'm emotional, confused, more dialogue) but I expect it from someone like him, not Drake.
