For the people wondering why they were beefing, Drake called Luda corny for using his hashtag punchline style so Luda clapped back at him on this joint

Drake did an interview saying he was tired of the whole "hash tag flow" and people were running it into the ground. He used Luda as an example with that "its a parade....Macy!" line lol. Luda responded with this diss track:
Luda also went on breakfast club saying he saw Drake out somewhere and Drake was saying it wasn't beef because Luda was "godbody lol. He also brought up the Drake line about being in the car and the girl wanting to listen to Ludacris. Luda said the backstory was he was messing with a girl outta Toronto that fukk with Drake too.

I don't consider Drake a hip hop legend like that (he's a legendary urban pop artist) but he outdid Lil Wayne's discog by like 2009. Drake's hip hop discog goes much deeper than Wayne's.

"For Free", "Know Yourself", "10 Bands", "0 to 100", "Started From The Bottom", "Big Rings".... Drake's catalog shytS on Wayne's. and lowkey shyts on almost every new school rapper, especially the ones that claim they keep it hip hop.
Is Drake Rakim? of course not. You can't be Rakim without making Rakim level music. Drake is a pop rapper with damn near zero quotables his entire career. But you don't have to be 'quotable' for me to like your music. You just won't be on the list of people who made incredible, transcendent music. That's all.
