Right around the time you went in, here's a summary of what happened:I been in jail for 8 days when did this come about
1. Meek went on Twitter saying don't compare him to Drake cuz he don't write his own raps. Said he heard the reference track for RICO
2. OG Maco said the person writing for Drake was Quentin Miller and posted some screenshots of Quentin Miller being credited on If You're Reading This It's Too Late
3. Meek tweeted "Quentin Miller" confirming that's who he was talkin bout
4. Someone in OG Maco's camp implied that Quentin Miller wrote on more songs than he was credited for, making him a ghostwriter
4. Funk Flex went on Hot 97 and played the original 10 Bands by Quentin Miller, which revealed Quentin wrote the hook and pretty much the whole first verse
5. Quentin Miller put out a statement and said he never ghostwrote for Drake, he only worked on the songs he's credited on. Said he personally watched Drake freestyle "Madonna" and write "6 PM in New York"
6. Flex claims he has 3 more reference tracks (RICO, Blessings & Know Yourself) that never end up getting revealed
7. Drake put out a response track (Saturday I think?) during his OVO Sound Radio show named "Charged Up." Took a few light jabs at Meek like "No woman ever had me star struck/ or was able to tell me to get my bars up," threw a shot at Flex with "Need DJ Clue to drop a bomb on this"
8. Meek tweets about how Drake's track was soft as baby lotion
9. Flex says he has something for Drake on Monday at 7 PM, posts a pic on Instagram of Meek saying the same thing.
10. Monday night comes around and it turns out Flex is pump faking
11. Rumor starts that Meek is going to respond to Drake at his Toronto show Tuesday night, he shows up late after trouble at the border and doesn't respond at all
12. Early Wednesday morning, Drake drops another track, this time going at Meek more directly with lines like "Is that a world tour or your girl's tour?" and "Trigger fingers turn to Twitter fingers" and even clowning him for not responding yet ("I waited 4 days nikka, where y'all at?")
13. Meek responds by going to Twitter and posting "Z"
14. Since then, people have been making memes clowning Meek and waiting on him to drop a response track
The original 10 Bands reference track
Drake's first response, Charged Up
Drake's second response, Back to Back
