Drake didn't dismiss that girl, he threatened to beat up the tattoo artist to defend her honor. Tattoo artist was like "aight cool, let's do it" and Drake hid in the car while his body guards went to talk to dude.

I was thinking that Joe did the right thing but now I'm seeing dude on Twitter trolling Budden again.
