I sat down to listen to the album last night so I could hate on it in an educated manner but...I actually liked the album.
Except nobody saying that at allOf course nikkas can have different opinions and it's their prerogative if they wanna post in here but you got nikkas that clearly despise Drake that was in here waiting for the album to drop, listened to it straight away and then have multiple posts that are nothing but hate. You wouldn't catch me doing that for an artist I don't like cause I wouldn't be wasting my time even listening to something I don't like and I certainly wouldn't be making post after post about it. There's a clear difference in here between nikkas that aren't feeling it (which I can understand cause it's not gonna be for everyone especially the ones that don't fukk with singing, in his feelings Drake) and the ones that just have this mad blind hate for him. Like I said before there's nothing anyone in here is gonna say that is gonna stop me loving this album, I just don't get why nikkas is wasting their time in here when they clearly hate dude, it's laughable to me but if that's what they wanna do more power to em I guess
I get that...I just feel like that's the common defense mechanism for drake stans (not saying you are) anytime someone has something that's less than favorable to say about drake. not even just here but on my TL on twitter aswell. it's weak shyt. i do agree there are people who genuinely hate son for whatever reason, but on the other side of the coin are the stans who literally carry on like he can do no wrong. theres no in between anymore. its either or extreme. and i do agree that theres nothing muthafukkas gon say thats gon change how I FEEL about the album (especially muthafukkas i dont interact with in person) but i do value good discussion. problem is, I'm seeing that with certain artists (not just drake...kendrick, kanye, beyonce etc), they are hardly ever discussions, but rather dikkriding fests or hate tirades.

i was thinking the same. wattba possibly as well. maybe as an effort to prove some something to only himself. i see people r already combing through the credits...having sat down with the album a couple days i would say i like about half of it. the tracks i do like, i really like. but this is still his weakest effort. most comparable to his debut in terms of rapping. hope this is a one off.
This is the internet on every single subject. Anonymity brings out the worst in people and allow people who would easily get shut down in real life to speak up. Honestly, I probably would not be on here if it wasn't a habit developed at 12. Who would chill with these crabs in real life? The only thing is that their hating creates the best memes.

Nah I hear that breh, I'm not gonna lie Drake is one of if not my favorite artist and you right abut it being on both sides but I can understand why a Drake stan gonna be in here making posts, I can't for the life of me understand why nikkas that hate him are having multiple posts and waiting to listen to his album as soon as it drops just to hate on it. There's nikkas in here at least being constructive with the criticism and attempting to have a discussion about it, I might not agree with their opinion but I have no issue with it, it's the other nikkas and I think it's pretty clear who falls under what category that I don't get and can't see the point. But yea I just think that's gonna be the nature of any thread about Drake or certain others not sure that's ever gonna change.

How am I stanning Drake again? I made one post in this thread 800 pages in to state my opinion, and have only replied to quotes since. I like the album, that is all. But please, continue to argue and fume over an album you dislike because that's definitely a solid use of your time in between shifts at Wendy's
