I've actually been listening to alot of take care and NWTS this week and drakes flow is really starting to me. dude really needs to switch it up and experiment more. Weston Road flows is dope but it literally sounds just like The Ride to me. pop style is gonna be everywhere though. Views honestly made me want to replay NWTS. Nothing beats Tuscan leather and pound cake

It seems like he hedged this album for all his different fanbases over time and then added the island-vibe tracks as his Summer 16 sound instead of trying to push one cohesive sound like he usually does.
