Lil Jay? He was dancing like a white person at a bachata club for 90% of the video. I dislike Drake as much as anyone but this is a reach

Drake keeps his ear to the street, copying these young fools moves before they ever had a chance to get recognized

None the less, that lil jay song is garbage :trash:

You mean those Toronto rappers that are cleanly inspired by drill music, videos and images the same way drake is??

Take a wild guess on where they got it from :stopitslime:

That dance is from Chicago, just like fleek, thot, and drill music.

these "new dances" were stereotype moves of a white person dancing
How are nikkas claiming gyrations and head movements that were once used to make fun of others

The nae nae is from the south
The dougie is from cali, i think, and that was just a rock
Dances can start and become popular in places, just like slang words.

you missing the point. The dances should not be taken too serious, it should be for fun because most of the "new" dances are not due to "creating" something that hasn't been done before, so it doesn't make sense for an entire region to want to claim it

Unlike slang words, many of these "new" dances are labeled gyrations that are variations and/or direct copy of what folks have done before because they were just trying to have fun, that how they dance, acting the fool, being drunk, or trying to be funny
