As reclusive as Nas is known for - he was still out there with The Firm, Wu, mobb deep, had run ins with Pac. You don't get those iconic hip hop stories without being in the world. nikkas will still talk bout Diddy slappin up Drake years from now, feel me? Its part of being a legend.

It helped when Cole was out there on the Black lives matter shyt, in marches and shyt. Kendrick's buzz grew when he was cosigned on stage by West coast legends. Last year kendrick was chillin with Jay one or two times. But lets be real, they not in the world in real life outside of just the music.

It was there own fault why that record never came out. It was so different from the raw hiphop they do and at the same time they weren't able to get on the same page to do it either. I even recall RZA saying somewhere while on his recent press run that it was a big regret for him not to do that remix.
