Because regardless if you think it's dope, there are people who he shouldn't be put up against. He shouldn't be on certain lists with certain people. I just said that I love this track. And I do. Definitely in my top 10 Drake tracks. What I'm saying, give him and people like him his own area to occupy.

When you and stans like you, say "just enjoy the music" then at the same time highlight lyrics to showcase his "lyrical prowess" you are not only contradicting yourself, you are also hurting other artists.

Let's enjoy Drake music. But keep him out of Hip Hop discussions and let's keep him off of Best MC lists. Stack him up against other entertainers.

The other part is, writing is a big part of the genre and it'll always be. It's just the way it is.
