mixtape dropped on Valentines Day in 2006. it was a tape that he did with DJ Smallz who did all of the Southern Smoke mixtape series. it was seventeen original tracks and a couple of remixes. it was originally for sale and sold over 6,000 copies. this mixtape helped Drake get his fan base up a little, i wonder if he actually wrote the mixtape tracks. this upcoming Valentines Day will mean this Mixtape turn 10 years old. Drake been rapping for damn near 10 years now.

Comeback Season is one of the best mixtapes ever.This project was OK. I remember hearing it when it dropped and thinking Drake had some, but not "SUPERSTAR," potential. "City of Mine" still stands out as one of Drizzy's catchiest tracks.
Comeback Season showed some more potential.
But then the coming out party was SFG and "Stuntin'" on Dedication 3

this was the mixtape that first introduced me to Drake... back then City Is Mine, Come Winter and Kick Push (Remix) were the standout tracks to me... Come Winter might be one of the best songs that he ever made... it's fukked up tho cause now I dont even know if he wrote the shyt, lol.

This, comeback season and take care are drakes best work. Sfg has lost the replay value to me. It's hard to listen to anything he's put out after take care. It kinda all sounds the same except a song here n there.

Nick was supposed to have two verses on Comeback Season (on Do What U Do & Faded)
They mysteriously got removed even though he was still credited on Do What U Do
Then they were apparently supposed to have a tape before So Far Gone called Unfinished Business (you can find the unfinished version of this on Datpiff, with the full versions of the two Comeback Season songs with the cut verses)
Then SFG dropped and made Drake huge, but he wrote Drake's verse on I'm Goin In
And then he got Drake featured on the last track of the free version to Vices
