I dont think land costs that much in canada, its not like it's LA where the lot on its own is 10-25 million
Ill be called a hater, but it's not very attractive and he seems to have bad taste. He's nearly 40, I could see if he chose these finishes at 25, but now, no. That cornue range in blue is fukking bomb but the marble island???
And the clashing styles of the exterior and interior are a bit jarring.

Again, what money you can spend and understanding/having an opinion on design have nothing to do with one another. A bunch of interior designers and decorators - the people doing this work - have no where near the money their clients do and yet they’re able to design and decorate “high end” homes

most of the homes I've been to were new money, new canadians and a lot of overseas owners. usually through a property manager.
