It's a show called Industry about an investment bank/finance industry, the Asian dude was the boss and mentor of the black chick, he tries to control her, ultimately firing her and tries to ruin her reputation, she is now up and in a position of power in another company, so she is on his neck.
Drake posting that clip gives credence to people saying the 100gigs drop is not about Kendrick but his fight seemingly against the industry and it's true power players.
