Most people in the entertainment industry get some sort of cosemtic surgery done though. I think with rap it's more taboo. Not justfiying it though he could've just exercise and jogged.

It's one thing to get your teeth fixed, maybe even something like a nose job or minor surgery, but being a young black male who's played sports before, there's no excuse for a fukkin tummy tuck. Dude got access to personal chefs, trainers, etc., getting in shape should be NO problem.
