Dramatic baseball losses seem to hurt more than any other sport

I think it depends on how you lose... If you lose by a walk off homer, while it hurts, u don't think it hurts as much as a buzzer beater in basketball or something. It feels like a bit of luck and heroism was involved. But since so many things have to go into scoring in baseball most of the times, watching a team methodically break you down (like so many people have mentioned) is like a slow death.

I don't know. Niners losing in the NFC title game last year off a botched punt return had me wanting to strangle Kyle Williams.

But I remember as a kid growing up watching the Braves there were some terrible ones like the Leyritz homer in '96

game 7 2004 ALCS.....game was over by the 2nd innining. after all that drama in the series.....it was a simple squash. that wholle series still has me like
