Why is it so hard that grasp that this isn't the equivalent to wearing a bulletproof vest, your decision to not protect yourself literally affects the community around you.

NBA is a bunch of soap opera. 95% rate is fukking huge. Many sports leagues have nowhere near that percentage. Why are people so obsessed with couple players not taking the vaccine? Vaccines first and foremost are for the people in risk groups, older people, people with some health issues, all those obese people. So that thing eases off the side effects in case if a vaccinated person is exposed to the virus. The vaccinated people can carry the virus too, a weaker one but still, it's a fact. So when they say "oh this athlete does not take the vaccine, that means he don't care about the community around him" well then first you make sure people in risk groups have received it. In some countries there are old people of 80+ still having like 25-33% of population of that age not vaccinated yet and they are in the biggest risk. You're not gonna vaccinate 90% of a working class in the US, that's mission impossible. Only countries in Scandinavia have achieved that number I think.

Like which is worse, You getting really sick and possibly dying or you being forced to get a shot that fights the deadly virus and try to get the world back to as normal as we can?
