I’m with you on this. If it’s American history, it should be taught year round and ingrained in the curriculum

I get what he saying, but every minority has a month dedicated to them. Asians have a month. Native Americans, Hispanics. So I can’t support getting rid of ours when my kids are gonna see everybody else has one except us. For us grownups I know it’s whatever. But it’s important for kids to see that. fukk white people, but I can’t act like they aren’t more liberal than they used to be and it’s because kids are learning early. Guidance? What are you talking about. Yes I will teach all my kids about all of our history, but your child is still in school for an entire day. More time at school than they spend at home. Are you not putting your children in school or something. And my kids are in private school where they teach a lot more about black history than public schools do. And I put them in that school because I didn’t want them so indoctrinated. You don’t know me lol. If you read clearly I said our kids have to learn about other people for an entire month on school, it should work the other way around too. Im not relying on black history to be taught appropriately in the textbook and it definitely isnt
