WIggins isn't big enough or physical enough to play defense like Draymond does...

Draymond doesn't have Wiggins offensive game...and Wiggins doesn't have much of an offensive game...

If you put WIggins on the warriors and ask him to do what Green does he is going to fail miserably...

But...if you put Green on the wolves and ask him to carry you offensively for stretches with scoring and one on one play...draymond is going to fail miserably...

Draymond is going to fail even worse cause he won't have 3 all world shooters around him for spacing...

These two players are to different to even compare...to different as players...to different as the type of teams they play for...to different as to what they are asked to do for their teams...
