By being a great screener and playmaker, by being a great anchor and communicator on defense. The Warriors high P&R is partly so unstoppable because of Draymond's screens and passing ability. Warriors are much better on defense and offense when he's on the floor.

Again, those "individual" awards are heavily skewed by team success, so they mean nothing. Pierce's bests season was in 05-06.. Other than Kobe, there isn't one perimeter player I would take over Pierce that season. Pierce led the league in points per shot.. he was incredible that year... yet he didn't get on any all NBA teams. The year the Celtics won the chip, Pierce finished on the second or third team all NBA despite having his lowest scoring average since his second year in the league. Like I said, all these individual awards are subjective, they shouldn't be used to measure how great a player was.
