The team that had a 63 win percentage against the West would get swept in the first round huh :unimpressed:

And they still had George Hill and Kyle Korver as the 3rd and 4th options. But Lebron couldn't go the finals with Pau, Odom, Ariza/Artest, Bynum :unimpressed:

We've only seen him in his prime in one system so you're not arguing anything. Was Pippen a system player?

Kyrie has ONE more All-NBA appearance despite Klay missing two full seasons due to an achilles injury and being washed since 2019 :mjlol:

YOU TRIED IT

SO BASED ON THEIR RECORD THAT YEAR.. TELL ME WHO WOULD THEY HAVE FACED IN THE FIRST ROUND HAD THEY PLAYED OUT WEST?

*DRUMROLL*

THE SAN ANTONIO SPURS!!!!!

AND WHAT DID THE SPURS DO ONCE THEY FACED IN THE PLAYOFFS?

DUN DUN DUNNNNN

SWEEP THEM!!!!!!!

ENOUGH ETHER FOR THE DAY OR U WANT MORE??

The Cavs were 50-32 that season, which would have placed them at the 6th seed in the West. That means their first round matchup would have been the Spurs -- literally the same team that swept them in the Finals.

So, yes.

Out West, that team is 100% getting swept in the first round barring divine intervention. :heh:

You could literally do this with every team that lost in the finals in history. “If you played the NBA champion you lost to in the 1st round you would’ve lost in the 1st round”

:laff: What the fukk.

The Cavs went 24-4 in the Eastern Conference playoffs over a two year stretch in 2015 and 2016 and half of that was WITHOUT K-Love.

They absolutely WERE a super team and were the best team in the NBA:mjlol:
LeBron is a super team :leon:

I think the best team in the NBA was the one that won 73 games :skip:

They’ll find a way to try and debunk this in 3…2…1…
They were 10th in offensive rating, 17th in defensive rating. Had an expected record of 46-36. Got destroyed in the finals and they trade their best player because they felt they had no future with him as their main guy.

So 6 years after LeBron, Kyrie was just able to make the finals with a LeBron clone and lost in 5 games.

How ironic that in that timeframe that you are trying to disparage Kyrie, LeBron is now the the sidekick to his “clone” Luka

Because it’s disingenuous (like most Bron criticism on here) to compare Kyrie’s second season with Luka to LeBron’s first season with him — especially when LeBron has only played one season with Luka, and in that season they did better than Kyrie’s first season with Luka.

And even so, what point is he making? That prime Luka is better than 40 year old Bron? :unimpressed: Wizards Jordan was worse than 70% of the league.
Wizards Jordan collected all of the infinity stones when he was expected to, old man Bron still chasing ghost at 40+ by putting up empty stats. Sad to see one of the greats with goat aspirations now reduced to Scottie Pippen status :francis:
