Wasn't there a statline showing there are more female NBA fans than female WNBA fans? That right there answers your question. You should be rewarded for being more skilled, more talented at what you do, that's what gets the company to another level. It's how companies get the best talent work for them. How do they imagine paying WNBA players more money? Does the money just come outta nowhere? Go audit your company and you'll see there are no millions magically disappearing somewhere. How much they do they imagine they can get paid? Investors are barely making shyt out of their league.
Only way they can get paid more is if they make the product more interesting, it's that simple, but the social media got some of these people too comfortable crying about everything together with their bullshyt ass followers who don't work hard enough so they choose to annoy everyone like a bunch of kids that cry to their parents.
