It's funny that people think this series and playoffs at large are being rigged in favor of Golden State.

Aside from the fact that the NBA wants every series to go 7 games, Cleveland winning a championship this year would be better for the league and a bigger news story.

Oklahoma winning it all would be better for the league as well and might even keep 2 of the top 5 players in the league from ditching their small market teams that drafted them.

Yeah you're right.

The league has no interest in parity or making smaller markets viable.

My bad.
Sorry breh, try harder. The NBA and media love dynasties. Golden State will have every opportunity to win.

By your logic the Sacramento Kings would have advanced to the finals and won at least one championship. We all know how that turned out :sas2:

I never said the refs didn't have their own agendas.

Also, the NBA's overall push for the smaller markets/struggle teams to be more competitive didn't really become obvious (or implicitly start)til the Chris Paul decision that stopped him from going to LA... And if you believe the draft is rigged (and I do), look at who's been feasting for the last 10 years vs who's been starving for top picks.

By your logic, the league should have been praying for another Lakers' finals appearance.
