Timbaland one of the few producers whose old beats sounds like they were made recently like this beat he made in 5 min.

And this shyt right here would go top 10 again if it was never heard before.

He made jigga what in 5 minutes?

:dwillhuh:

That shyt still sounds like it was made in the year 2030

The one thing I'll say about timbo is that music would sound way different had he not existed.

Dre ,RZA, Pharell/Neptunes better than Timbo.

Primo, Erick Sermon, Dilla, Mannie Fresh you could arguably say are better than Timbo, if we are just talking hip-hop.

He fell off after Corey "funky fingers" Stout & Bare Wolf left and weren't involved in any of the CMR/YM records projects and production any more.

Definitely don’t agree with your cousin lol. No doubt Tim’s one of the greats but I don’t think he’s seeing Marley Marl, Pete Rock, Premo, or Easy Mo Bee who’s crazy underrated.

The one thing I'll say about timbo is that music would sound way different had he not existed.

The fact that it can be said that music would be different without him, makes it a valid argument for why someone would out him up there with Dre. It's an interesting, but credible argument. Timbaland lacks though because his catalog in Hip Hop is marred with MC's who weren't necessarily great and outside of Jay Z, the GOATs of the game never got his best material. Though Nas may have, but they haven't released any of the music.

Love Mannie, but this is very true. When them nikkas stopped being around, his melodies and grooves got primitive and forgettable over night
