It was very encouraging. I know better than to get ahead of myself but this reminded me a lot of the offense with Gruden/Gannon. Lots of completions, run heavy, explosive plays where applicable. It would be a major boost for us if Carr can really figure it out. Most QBs are only as good as the weapons around them so he should elevate his play no excuses.
All we’ll need then is to rebuild the pass rush.

Yeah the offense is legit. Waller and Jacobs are studs and Edwards and Ruggs both have ability even if just one really pans out its a really good offense with enough weapons.
Carr is in that Mid tier of Qbs who are only as good as the talent around him. He’s not gonna make players better but if you give him talent he can be productive. With him the one thing you want to see is him being a little more agressive and take some shots down the field maybe he will now with more weapons and speed with guys like Ruggs. Even Agohlor who’s not great has good speed

Yeah, we got some time to go before we get hype. Raiders need to do more. I don’t even care about the rest of the division fukk those dorks, it’s the chiefs that I hate more than any other. Carr need to stop being a bytch and kill them faggits.
Facts, if we have an elite QB this offense would be unstoppable. At the very least it’s able to score with all its weapons. But our front 7 is absolutely horrid. If Carr is producing then we can focus on DLine and LBs like I’ve been wanting for years now. Even when we did we struck out on our prospects aside from Max.
I don’t know your cap situation but FA and the draft should be mostly focused on the defense
Most of the cap is tied into the OLine. I’m sure Mark still wants to keep expenses down while recouping from the move, stadium costs, and Covid losses. But I think if we can at least draft smart we can get some playmakers on that side of the ball.
