shyt happens :yeshrug:

But dude definitely a golden boy. He has an endorsement with Wrangler Jeans. I’m not saying he wasn’t a great QB but if he’s top 10 it’s barely
Nah you letting your personal bias get in the way of facts

No personal bias at all. I just don’t think he’s top 10. He’s barely top 5 of his era tbh. If this was about how many 5,000 yard season a QB has yea he’s up there. But dude was never clutch. Just look at the 2018 payoff game when you said he got robbed. Game when in to OT and what did he do?

He threw a pick:mjgrin:

Which makes it look even worse that Brees couldnt even get one even tho he was a NFL golden boy. Even Cam and Matt Ryan got MVPs in the same division Brees was in
:heh:

Bmore, you're a good breh :myman:, so let me explain that issue to you:

Whenever he put together a MVP-caliber season, one of the "media darling"-level players (Rodgers, Brady, Peyton, etc.) or an exciting upstart young gun (Mahomes) would go into "Hyper Mode" and have career years and outshine him, and they would get the nod. :francis:

When Cam and Matty won theirs, those same caliber QBs conveniently had down years/injuries/suspensions, so they received it by default.

Basically, politics (the irony :snoop:) and bad timing/luck prevented him from winning one. :francis: @horizon

Sidenote: And lowkey, Russ is unfortunately going through the same issue as well. :mjcry: @South Paw

I feel you I really do. And that’s a good point you made. But that’s a glaring weakness on the resume imo. He played like 20 seasons
:heh:

He was definitely a media darling but he rarely came up big in clutch moments and was accurate until the playoffs started. He wasn’t a good weather QB. I can’t put him up there with the likes of Brady, Montana, Favre, Elway, Manning or even Unitas. He’s a couple tiers lower with Big Ben and Steve Young

He's on that 2nd rung of the "media darling" ladder, tho.

Peyton (when he played), Brady, and Rodgers are at the top on the 1st rung.

And when it comes to Saints players and accolades, the team stay getting fukked over by the media and outshined by other players (him, Colston, Jimmy, etc). :francis:

Let me neg you for being a casual bytch ass nikkas.
You're retarded and ass hurt because your 2nd rate team kicked your best player ever (who was probably your favorite and who you've now had to watch physically deteriorate :mjlol:) to the curb, let alone the fact the last time your team was in the playoffs they got swept by us :heh:

Sit down and shut yo dumbass up when men are talking lil boy
