Nah, I fukks with the Gap Band, and I love that song. But its something bout the song that just says Isley.
Its also because most of us associate Gap Band with uptempo stuff

the labels handle the sample clearance stuff ... the producers/artists are sometimes left in the dark..

I do get your post... but maybe he was in the dark .. or maybe it was like I think that kane record where he thought he gave Marley one thing but it was something else (I think it was Kane)
this was a good one, one of the times I wish it was a 2-3 hour episode...all of'em could've held down their own eps...we didn't really get to hear from Toca, Noyd...was mostly Hav and to a lesser extent LES.
If P hadn't pass, I'm sure this would've been his episode.
