cop abused his power and created a losing scenario for dude. he could have just handed the open the can and walked off the property, but he didn't. got to use your better judgement in a situation like this and decide if it's something worth going to jail over. the judge is going to take the cop's side no matter what.

Yall got this wrong. Maybe in the past this was the right course of action to take but now in the viral age is the safest time to stand up for your rights against power hungry dikkhead cops as long as you got that shyt on tape and you not doing anything unlawful.

That dudes gonna get the case thrown out and maybe even paid out. The judge don't wanna deal with the headache of taking the cop's side knowing this shyt is all over the net.

why would you have the empty you pockets for a traffic violation?
he writes the ticket and that's it. unless you accusing someone of being under the influence then there is no need for a cop to have you step out unless you getting arrested. what was the probable cause to you emptying pockets?...being black?




they only try that mess down south! I remember they tried to hit me with that B.S. when I was going to college down south. Told them i'm from Maryland we don't step out of cars from traffic violations. am I under-arrest? is there a warrant?

"no, but sometimes I like people to step out of the car. you can stand in front of the camera."

I followed along to hurry it up. But I made sure to tell him I should not have had to step out of the car. I didn't even get a warning....he just handed me back my registration and license w/o saying one word.



Like I got MD tags and I got pulled over in VA for an illegal tint which was some more southern BS! you can't enforce another states tint law! he even went as far as to check it just so he could run my name to check for warrants. HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN PULLING OVER SOMEONE FOR A TINT VIOLATION WITH ANOTHER STATES TAG!....that's right, no warning on paper so I could get dudes name! "your tints a little too dark...you might want to see about getting that taken care of" haha...complete B.S.!
