All Benzos from year 2014 - present, comes with a maintenance plan from the dealership- they either add it to the selling price of the car or you can get it on a payment plan (monthly or upfront) . That maintenance plan, along with 100,000 mile warranty (covers all major parts -engine, transmission, etc.) .. no worries over here. I'm good money. The only thing not covered is basically the tires and brakes due to normal wear and tear. As long as you keep up with the scheduled service alerts for A and B service, it's not expensive to maintain. They build those things like tanks anyway. The BMW X5s and Range Rovers are horribly built - unreliable af, have at least 10000 on hand for any repairs, at any time. you'll need it.

Audi seems correct. I spent over $15,000 on my A4 when I had it. If you want to live that life it's better to lease and get a new car every 3 years.
Absolutely right....2011 328i soon as that warranty expires its a wrap...shyt breaks every other month...but we will get another next yr...but we'll lease it like we did the 07 we had...they drive so good

for the nikkas who are about to start nit-picking on BMW from this subjective ass list, remember your Japanese (which Hitler showed Toshi how to build) car has less impressive parts, under-engineered parts, less complicated parts and lower quality parts as well,

Wife showed me this list because it’s time for me to buy a new car. She got a Lexus and has been bugging me to buy a Toyota 4Runner. The real knee grow in me wants that Rover, but economical me got me seriously considering that Toyota :sadcam:.

get a rover with the warranty, sell it after 3 years and repeat.

if you get that Range, only drive it until the warranty runs out.. after that. :camby: Rovers finished dead last on the JD Power Ranking reliability studies.

You are buggin, friend. Automotive journalist are raving about the LC 500, the ES 350 F, and the LS 500. Lexus has always had the leg up on Infiniti and Acura because they’re so luxurious AND sporty.

My next car will be a 06-09 GS 350 :wow:

Likewise, German cars are unnecessarily over-engineered, have low quality parts that don’t last even through the warranty, and thier engineering is suspect at times. I own a BMW.
Other than #1 and #2 and the boring ass Toyota products on the list, this list is sus.

All I need is something to get me from point A to B. Spending tens of thousands on something that'll depreciate in value and cost me for future upkeep just seems like a backwards hustle. And if a ho judges me for what I'm driving, fukk her. Why would I want a gold digging bird like that, anyway?

The exteriors are great but the interior looks so basic. Like this 2017 GS 350.

Even the Honda Accord interiors look better.

To each his own breh. I personally appreciate the simplicity and maturity of the new Lexus’ interiors now. My only gripe is the controller for the center console screen. It’s like a fukking mouse pad, who is trying to fiddle around with that when they’re driving? And plus the screen and software is dated, they still refuse to put Android Auto/Apple CarPlay in it like literally everybody else.
