Do you know how left that situation could go? Might have not needed to call the emergency line but it was the right choice overall.

i mean if the dude has the car modded to fit the bull, theres little to no room for it to really harm the driver and I assume thats not their first time travelling like that. i don't think it's anymore hazardous than transporting a bull in a trailer.
