Who Shot Ya by milesssssss (who shot ya wasnt a diss though because it was recorded a whole 2 months before pacs quad studio shooting and was supposed to be featured on mary j bliges 1994 album which was recorded and released before pacs shooting) but Drop a Gem on Em

Not possible, breh. Drop a Gem was released in response to Hit 'Em Up which was released in '96. Who Shot Ya came out in late '94.

I don't see how he couldn't be heated. Drop A Gem is possibly the most underrated diss song of all time. It's in the discussion. It gets overlooked because Hit Em Up is so well known, it's easy to make fun of Prodigy for a variety of things, and they don't mention Pac by name.
But Prodigy taunts Pac about him being shot ON the song. "You probably screamed louder than the opera." "What makes you think you cant get bucked again?" Talking about his injuries after the shooting, and threatening to do it again?
Whether it there was weight behind the threats or not, Pac got his life threatened directly on wax, and a previous attempt on his life was used to mock him. I definitely think Pac felt some type of way about that.
