Tom Brady lead the league in passing touchdowns during his second year as a starting quarterback. Y'all be saying anything on here :dahell:
1. Tom Brady also threw 14 interceptions.
2. A lot of boring players throw 25-28 touchdowns.
3. Technically it was his 3rd year, Jamies however threw exactly 28 in his 2nd year. Baker Mayfield 27 in 13 games in his first year. Question is, what was their passer rating? And how does those figures make them fun to watch?

Spectacular passes, scrambling, runs, drives etc is what people find “fun to watch”. Compare Shaq and Duncan, fun and great is not always 100% aligned

He only threw for 28 TDs his second year :dahell:

Yeah 28 touchdowns in 2002 during a different era of football with rules that didnt favor the offense as much and 28 touchdowns in 2002 is still more touchdowns than Jalen Hurts threw last year with an extra game in a pass happy era :skip:

You tryna tell me Tom Brady and the boring ass Pats in 2002 were more exciting than Jalen Hurts and the Eagles last year :skip:

Completely winnable game for Dallas, that penalty by Pickens really fukked us along with the CD drops....

Defense did well, this was the offense's fault...mostly the receivers, catch the damn ball...

Dallas definitely could have won that game. The Eagles weren't a scary team last night at all. Lamb is going to make that catch down the middle 9/10 times and he'll make that diving catch at a fair rate.

On the other hand, Carter was out and Brown/Smith didn't have big games at all and the Eagles still won. I still don't think Hurts is a great QB, but he's getting the job done.

I hope to watch stellar QB play from the Pats this week

:stopitslime:.

We'll see, but I know you'd definitely see it if they had two top WR's, a future HOF HB, and a great OL.:manny:.

Hurts gets the job done with the team he's been surrounded with. Can't knock him for that, but there are still numerous QB's I'd take over him. Eagles should be dominant on both sides of the ball this season. Week one against a division rival is never going to be an easy game, but they got the job done.
