I took my drug test yesterday morning at Quest Diagnostics for the orientation for my ER shadowing shift. But i heard stories that it takes almost a month for the results to come in. I'm quite worried that it will be the same for me. Anyone who took the test recently, how long did it take for the results to finish and you got a call from drug company directly(or via your employer)?

i was terminated for failing my drug test a year or so ago. they told me that i tested 5 times the level of a medical marijuana cancer patient

now i work at the salvation army and smoke with my boss
it took about two weeks for the lab to process the results. if you fail, you can protest the results and have a second test taken. if you fail that, your employer should send you to rehab but they might choose to terminate you

If its a piss test and you drank alot of water and pissed like 10 times before the piss test then youll probably get by with a diluted sample and pass, it depends on the company
You can also get some detox at the smoke shop and drink that and alot of water then piss it out then on the next piss you have to take piss that one out. Piss test results come back in 1-3 days easy if not the day of.

imma tell u know from experience.. them detox drinks are worthless . i copped the most expensive one at the spot, it was like $67 after tax... shyt did nothing.. i failed my piss test

For the most part you cant beat a test unless the med tech just dont give a damn about chain of custody
synthetic urine can give you negatives across the board (negative controls )
or positives across the board
( somebody dont like you cuhh ) at which point we gonna make you take the test over to confirm the fukkery 
Id be more worried about FALSE positive result if you think you negative....happened to one of my patients
test positive for cocaine but he had been clean for while I retested him and he was negative
nothing lab could do
Long story short always ask for a retest if you dont like ya results
