I don't know why people are telling the thread starter do do even more intoxicants (marijuana). I guess those are called bad influences. They may just want the thread starter to go insane or kill himself etc. Thank God for Islam. There are definitely a lot of wolves out here. Almighty Allah is our only Protector.

Not to be harsh... but just so people reflect and benefit. I don't get why people destroy their health and possibly their eternal afterlife by drinking? Is life that miserable that you drink that poison to feel "happy"?

I don't know how to feel happiness with out drinking. IM a really fukked up person

In all seriousness though not to trivialize what you're going through but those are emotions as on poster stated. So try to identify the emotions and situations that cause you to feel. Because that is what you are seeking to suppress but not your actual life.

Identify what triggers these emotions be it a certain song or music that brings up memories? Isolation? Or other negative influences try to cut these out or at least minimize your exposure to them.

But your body mind is craving something and it's not death nor more alcohol. It may be wise to seek professional help? But get some coffee or water sober up get some sleep approach a new day with a clear head.

If it's any consolation to you many cultures believed that when you sleep and awake in the morning that is your new life. Don't feel you need to live your life stuck on repeat. You can adjust and evolve to what satisfies you and make you happy!!:blessed:
